1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must be a legal resident of the United States, excluding Washington, Idaho, Michigan, and Nevada, and any other jurisdiction where sweepstakes play is prohibited.
- One account per person. Multiple/duplicate accounts may be frozen and balances forfeited.
- VPN, proxy, and anonymizer use is prohibited.
2. Nature of the platform
CLUB13 is a promotional sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary to play or win. Gold Coins are for entertainment only and have no monetary value. Sweeps Coins may be redeemable for prizes subject to these terms. See our Alternate Method of Entry.
3. Coins, deposits & bonuses
- Bonus funds (welcome match, promos, referrals) are locked to gameplay — once played into a game they stay in the game and cannot be cashed out directly.
- Bonuses carry a wagering/playthrough requirement before any cash-out is permitted.
- Promotions cannot be stacked unless expressly stated.
4. Redemptions (cash-outs)
- Minimum redemption: $100.
- Maximum: $1,000 per calendar day (U.S. Eastern Time), one redemption per day.
- A 24-hour cooling-off period applies to your first redemption.
- You must have $50 in lifetime deposits and have met playthrough requirements.
- Only cash balance (not bonus balance) is redeemable. Redemptions are processed via our payment partner.
5. Referral program
Referrers may earn 50% of a referred friend's first qualifying deposit (subject to caps and approval). Self-referral and abuse are prohibited.
6. Fraud, chargebacks & account closure
We may freeze or close accounts for fraud, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, prohibited geography, or violation of these terms, and may withhold or void affected balances. Dormant accounts (no activity for 90+ days) may be warned and closed.
7. Responsible gaming & self-exclusion
