Self-exclusion

If you need to step away, you can self-exclude from CLUB13 for a set period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year) from your account settings. During self-exclusion you cannot deposit, play, or cash out — and self-exclusion cannot be undone until the period ends.

You must be 21 or older to use CLUB13. We verify date of birth at sign-up and may request identity verification. If a minor has accessed an account, contact us immediately at support@playclub13.com.

Account limits & cooling-off

Cashouts are capped at $1,000 per day and there is a 24-hour cooling-off period on your first redemption. To set additional limits or close your account, contact support.
